We are currently accepting a limited number of new students. Entry points are Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7. Applications for entry into other year groups will be considered if places become available. Applications for non-intake years are welcome, however, vacancies are unpredictable, limited and can vary from year to year.

Step 1

Make an Application

Entry points at Reddam House are Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7. After capacity for any cohort is reached, we can only consider applications, when places become available.

Before you start the application, please ensure that you have the following ready:

  • A copy of the applicant's most recent school report (and NAPLAN results if applicable)
  • Immunisation record
  • Copy of the prospective student's birth certificate
  • Non-residents must supply a copy of their Passport and Visa
  • Payment of $300 application fee (non-refundable).

Once all necessary documents are received and application fee paid, applicants are moved to the waitlist.

    Admissions Step 2

    Review

    For Kindergarten applications, we commence the review process 12 months prior to the entry year in application date order.

    For Year 5 applications, we commence the review process 24 months prior to the entry year in application date order. In reviewing applications, consideration will be given to academic ability, and non-academic interests and achievements.

    For Year 7 applications, we commence the review process 24 months prior to the entry year (application date is not considered). In reviewing applications, consideration will be given to academic ability, and non-academic interests and achievements.

    Applicants on the waiting list are notified by email and are required to reconfirm their interest and upload two recent school reports, NAPLAN results (if applicable), and any additional information that may be relevant to your child's application.


    Admissions Step 3

    Formal Interview (for High School) or a less formal "walk and talk" (for Primary School)

    We assess all applications based on academic ability, non-academic interests and achievements. Once we have reviewed the above, the school will invite successful candidates to an interview or walk and talk.

    Formal Offer of Enrolment

    Once parents/legal guardians have confirmed the school's offer of admission, the registration and enrolment process may begin. The school will provide details of this process in their correspondence.

    Acceptance of Offer

    Acceptance of an offer requires the acceptance of the Reddam House terms and conditions (via the application portal) and a payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee of $4000.

    Reddam House also requires that both parents/legal guardians confirm acceptance of enrolment in writing together with a copy of the receipt of payment.

    What Documents Will I Need When Submitting an Application?


    Students who hold Australian citizenship, Australian residency or whose parents are business visa holders, are considered local applicants.

    When completing the Application Form online, please upload the following documents.

    We require:

    • Passport/Birth Certificate
    • Immunisation Record.

    If applicable, you also need to provide:

    • Visa (only if necessary)
    • Two most recent School Reports (if your child is School aged)
    • Naplan Results (only if your child attends an Australian School in Years 3 to 10)
    • Any other documents you feel would be beneficial to the application.

    International students in possession of a student visa (subclass 500) are also required to:

    • Submit a copy of their student visa
    • Satisfactorily complete an Intensive English course at an ELICOS College (minimum 20 weeks) and obtain Upper Intermediate Level English with an ESL score of 5-6, if applicable
    • Live in accommodation considered satisfactory to the school
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunisation Record
    • Two most recent school reports
    • Any other documents you feel would be beneficial to the application.

    Changes to Applications


    Following an application, if you wish to amend the point of entry for which you have applied, change contact details or update the application with documents, please login to our application portal OpenApply. Please use the application portal login link to access OpenApply.
