How Reddam House blitzed HSC maths

For students at eastern suburbs school Reddam House, preparation for the gruelling lead up to the HSC began years before final exams. Students have a dedicated maths teacher from year 5, and by high school a routine of regular testing has become second nature.

“We set the bar high in our assessments,” says advanced maths teacher Antony Charles. “My policy is the HSC exam should be the easiest test they’ve done that year. There shouldn’t be any big surprises.”
